There is no bird’s body drawn between these two wings. In this chapter you choose something else to let fly, human figures, animals, buildings or everyday objects.
Exercise 1: Draw two wings with an empty space between them (or print the image above). Think of something in the empty space between the wings that you can let fly.
Exercise 2: A fun technique to do this is a collage: cut out your own drawn wings. Cut out a figure/object from an image/photo and give it your drawn wings.
