A special and fun form of perspective drawing is the so-called isometric perspective. With isometric perspective, the lines of flight always remain parallel and therefore never converge in a vanishing point on a horizon. It is often used in patterns or (interior) architectural drawings.
To make an isometric drawing you need (isometric) grid paper, for example A4 format.
Exercise: On an isometric grid paper, try to create objects with depth, using the grid lines.
